Ben & Jacinda Lourie
Ben and Jacinda have been attending the 10am service at Wellington Cathedral of St Paul since January this year. While they are relatively new to Wellington, they felt right at home with the incredible warmth and hospitality that they encountered from the welcoming congregation.
Michael Stewart
Michael Stewart is at the forefront of choral conductors in New Zealand, as well as being one of the country’s leading concert organists. In June 2011 he was appointed Organist and Director of Music at the Wellington Cathedral of St Paul, after previously serving for five years as Director of Music of The Metropolitan Cathedral of the Sacred Heart. Michael is also the Music Director of The Tudor Consort, and Deputy Music Director of the New Zealand Youth Choir.
The Very Reverend Katie Lawrence
As the first female Dean of the Wellington Cathedral of St Paul, Katie Lawrence brings a passionate commitment to serving Jesus Christ and others. Born in Cyprus into a mobile RAF family, Katie attended three schools. For twenty years Katie performed professionally, choreographed, and taught dance nationally and internationally.
Reverend Andrea Lukin
Having been involved in various ministry roles over the past 35 years, Andrea now brings that experience in to her role at SUNZ (Scripture Union New Zealand) as Children and Families Consultant for the Wellington Region.
