Nativity Window

The first stained glass window about half-way along the left side of the Nave has a scene of the Three Wise Men visiting the baby Jesus.  These were leaders from places far away from Bethlehem, where Jesus was born.  They had heard about a saviour king being born and were keen to take him gifts.  It meant walking a long way from their towns through the desert, and to navigate their way, they followed the stars, especially a big bright star shining and seeming to be in the sky right where the birthplace of Jesus was.
